General Description:
Ribbon is a slight deviation from the Command Service Ribbon only in that the outer blue and red thin bands are switched in the CSR design.

Awarded to senior CAP members having completed 60 hours of community service outside of the CAP organization. Additional 60 hours are denoted by a Bronze device.
