General Description:
The United States Navy and Coast Guard branches award slightly different versions of the same ribbon to cover exceptional marksmanship with rifles. THe Navy version is of dark solid blue coloring with three very thin mint green stripes, one at center and the remaining two towards each edge of the ribbon.
