General Description:
Ribbon is largely of light / off blue coloring. Outboard of centerline are think white stripes. Towards each edge are three thin turquoise stripes.
Award Criteria (as detailed by various official sources):
Cadet award for participation in the National Cadet Competition which takes place in Dayton, Ohio at Wright State University. Drill team and color guard aspects are worked into the competition which encompasses several challenges related to mental, physical and skill acuity.
